SCETTAL is an international non profit - scientific research and education organisation, dedicated to the investigation, study, analysis and disclosure of extraterrestrial intelligence and technology.

It is envisaged that the organisation will evolve into a Centre of Excellence in the study of Extra Terrestrial Intelligence and technology, and act as a community resource for the purpose of scientific study, education and support.
 

Through this SCETTAL will strive to ensure community acceptance of Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Technology as observable facts, therefore significantly reducing the stigma attached to this phenomenon and enabling further community and scientific involvement, research and disclosure in this area.

SCETTAL supports and embraces the world wide endevour to initiate and maintain bilateral relationships with visiting non earth cultures or individuals in a spirit of mutual respect, trust and honour.

SCETTAL does not hold to the belief that visiting non earth cultures or individuals are of  threat to the people of earth, and urges non hostile and non threatening interactions by all earth governments and peoples with the visitors.
